i think is next fiscal year source is from last MCPON scott tell us during a visit. they need time to get prepared and also budge calculation i guess, hope their shall raised 2x clothing allowance with those.. doesn't; matter to mean i might get out before anyway. is better looking than utility for sure and cambies..

The recent Navy Times has all the info. I think that they come into effect as early as 08. But you might want to check the Navy Times or your command.

As far as I know they are still doing trials. No final call on there adoption has been made yet. Personally I don't like them. Very Un Navy.
