Ok- this is kind of long. I got pregnant and had a baby when I was 19. I ended up leaving the "sperm donor" of my baby because he was cheating and he never tried to get back into her life. I met my husband and when my daughter was 2 I went to court and had my ex's rights terminated and my husband adopted my daughter. He has caused so many problems for me that I don't feel I can EVER move back to my home state. He has spred lies about me and my husband, he sends me messages (I have them saved), he finds me everytime! Its gotten so bad that I had to make my phone number not listed! Is there anything I can do to make him leave me alone? He has a bad history and I think he is still on parole- don't know if that helps anyone. Please let me know what you think. I appreciate all REAL answers. Again- thanks.

I know we are not exposed to such things often but still something just felt odd maybe symbolic. I donnu any thoughts?

I have studied about the world politics, economy, religion, social relation structure, technologies e.t.c., and realized that the only attempts to solving world poverty problems have been based on sentiments: pitty, alms, gifts, donations, charity, grants etc. All these are great ways of helping (which should be encouraged), but have a way of tranforming the receivers to be dependent, most times, forever. These options are not, at all, sustainable because the givers, too, get frustrated. So, solutions to the world poverty problems should be that that is sustainable and capable of elevating the poor (recipients) to almost instant independence. As we've always been innovating new technologies, we should always keep innovating new and sustanable solutions to the world poverty problems. The world will trully become a global village if we stop the lip-services and sentiments. We need a more radical approach, thinking out of the box. Best regards as you all answer sinserely.

Is it fair in sport we can support and/or participate as Great Britain (i.e. athletics, tennis or rugby - Lions) and in other sports (football and rugby too!) be presented as England? Why? Is it we don't have enough sporting heros we have to steal the odd scotish or welsh person to suit us as British and when we have too many we declare we are English? (Not that the English football team is any good). ??? Personally I think it should be England and not Great Britain - besides what is Great Britain? Is it Great???

most of the websites that were made stating that the US planned 9/11 was created by the government. The governments want the US to think they are so intelligent and powerful they could pull something like this off to stimulate the econonmy. The more powerful they seem the more they can really get away with.

A guy with a laptop claiming to be from the census bureau out of the blue knocked on my apartment door one day and started asking me probing questions like where I work, how much money I make, whether I am living alone, what is my highest level of education, my date of birth, nationality, etc, etc. He had a photo ID hanging from his neck and had a business card which you can see on this link

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y26/CBasedLifeform/census.jpg

His laptop had a Census Bureau sticker on it. I thought it was creepy. Don't they do the census every 10 years? Why are they doing it in 2006?

A person in a neighboring town has a 4 x 8 sign in his yard that says, "You can't be a Catholic and a Democrat.".
I've never met him and I don't know why he gets to decide on this rule but what do you think? Which club should I quit?

all cells are three foot by three foot. no windows, sound proof walls, the inmates never leave the cell. no visitors no communication to anyboyd other than themselves. they only get rice, some vegetables and water only what is necessary to proper nourishment. those who get the death penalty, they may have the choice between killing themselves, or only allowed water and no food until they starve to death.

When hundreds of thousands die because of war? Are Americans unaware of people who die in other countries? There is slaughter in Africa, in the Middle East, but not a single tear shed for those innocent. Why are American lives more important?
