I think it may have started personally..

it is supposedly (according to a informer who was at a republican gathering in Ohio) going to be similar in 4 states..one is Ohio, I wonder which are the other three states where tons of democratic voters will be purged from the roles to give republicans victories since they are doing so bad??

What I mean is in Missouri they are making it illegal to smoke in a "smoking area" on hospital property. (any hospital in MO) The smoking areas use to be out of common areas, where people could not inhale 2nd hand smoke. And as far as the smell, some people say that the smell of cigarette smoke on clothing is harmful to others health..that is why I mentioned perfumes being offensive. So, is it fair to make it illegal to smoke a legal substance in smoking areas on hospital property (out of common areas) when you pay to either be in the hospital, or one of your loved one's are paying for services?

A person came to my home today and was not invited or even welcomed. I had my foot behind the door and opened just slightly and she pushed her shoulder into our front door while I tried to keep my pitbull from attacking her. As I turned away to place my dog in the kennel she made her way into my home. With out me placing any other details. Dont you all think that that is tresspassing? I felt violated and disrespected of this happening to us. Any good legal advise on what to do from this point on? Am concidering a citation for tresspassing and a restaining order.

Bush used the phrase Weapons of Mass Destruction so that just about any chemical or biological weapon would qualify as a fair excuse for going to war, regardless of whether they were a real threat to the U.S. Since Saddam's crummy military could never have threatened the U.S., what was the real reason, and should Bush be waterboarded so that we can find out?

"A senior US state department official has said that the US has shown 'arrogance and stupidity' in Iraq.

Alberto Fernandez told al-Jazeera TV the US was now willing to talk to any insurgent group apart from al-Qaeda in Iraq, to reduce sectarian bloodshed.

His remarks came after President George W Bush discussed changing tactics with top military commanders."

This is the new Vietnam, George - you will never win and the Iraqi fighters will keep on killing your unfortunate men until you take what's left of them home!

I recently found a box of visibly old ammunition. Around 600 rounds, here in the Philippines while remodelling an old church.

The rounds appear to be pistol rounds, have a slight taper on them and are ball rounds. I checked the shells for caliber, but found 43, 44, or 45 stamped on the bottom with no manufacturer information. All the rounds are identical in dimensions however, despite the different markings on their shells.

I have researched the internet for any information regarding these rounds but my search turned up nothing. I suspect that the numbers stamped on the shells are their years of manufacture. If so, then they would quite obviously be WW2 vintage. However, these rounds do not look like any of the cartridges I've seen on the more popular WW2 personal weapons.

When will the supporters of illegal immigration relent and admit the fact that they are in the wrong? Criminally trespassing in a sovereign nation is against the law, is immoral, does not set a good example to others. Those facts cannot be argued.

I hope that they realize this soon.

Details: In the state of Wisconsin a man was charged with felony child abuse for repeatedly kicking his ten-year-old son in the hip. The man plea-bargained to a lesser charge of battery and pleaded no contest. First question: Is this battery charge criminal battery or tortious battery? Second question: Is this battery charge a misdemeanor or a felony?

The man met all of the court's punishment requirements and two years later the charge was reported by the newsmedia, which had access to court records, to be dropped. Does this mean that the charge was expunged from the man's record? Can a conviction be expunged so quickly - if it indeed was expunged?

Last question: Under the Frank Lautenberg amendment of 1996, which stipulates that someone convicted of a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence cannot own a firearm, can this man legally possess firearms?

Why is it okay for people to drink alcohol, which destroys relationships, other people's lives and individuals, but it's not okay to smoke in a smoking area- outside. In Missouri, they have banned smoking outside of hospitals, even if your in a designated area. It's a legal substance, just like alcohol...and they don't ban that in restaurants. If you wonder about the smell of tobacco, then why don't they ban perfumes?

I've gotten so many interesting answers for my previous question I decided to ask this one too.

I think the most disgusting criminals on the planet are those who get pleasure out of pain and suffering of others. especially young children, innocent people or those weaker than them in general.

As to the issue of what to do with these people is, well i'll leave it up to u to decide.
