An illegal presents to our emergency room and admitted to the hospital receiving care. That person leaves the hospital with no care of how to pay for it because there are no consequences.

A citizen who has paid taxes and obeyed all the rules all his/her life but does not have health insurance is admitted to the same hospital and then is hounded by bill collectors and ruined credit because they cannot pay a bill for the same amount incurred by the illegal?

Where is the justice?

It is unfair and therefore, just as the politicians and many citizens are hounding employers to be responsible for the identification of illegals, the medical society should also. Turn them in the minute you discover their lack of citizenship. Treat them and have the NIS pick them up.

no justice, not fair. that is what people like us are trying to make right again. and giving them amensty a word they did not even know til bush used it is not something that will work. we grant them that and that will be at least another 50billion dollars to tack onto the bills they caused us and the bad credit alot of us will have from the tax upgrade.

the justice is that the legal resident should have had medical care, and he CAN file for bankruptcy or would have been allowed to fill out indigency forms.
