I've gotten so many interesting answers for my previous question I decided to ask this one too.
I think the most disgusting criminals on the planet are those who get pleasure out of pain and suffering of others. especially young children, innocent people or those weaker than them in general.
As to the issue of what to do with these people is, well i'll leave it up to u to decide.

Anyone that causes pain or suffering to a more vulnerable individual, whether it be physical, mental or emotional is disgusting. This robs individuals and the entire society of the positive contribution the victim might have made. Many victims can over come great injury, but the time in recovery is stolen from the time they could have been using to better our world.
Perpetrators need to be seriously evaluated and those who are unable to be rehabilitated need to be removed from society for the rest of their lives. This does not mean that they cannot also be taught to contribute in some way. Even the most evil, corrupt, hateful individual can plant a garden and produce food for himself. Work is a great rehabilitator. Education is a great equalizer. Both should be mandatory in the prison system no matter what the crime or danger the criminal might be to others. Being isolated does not have to be equated with being idle. Leisure time and leisure pursuits should be sparse in the prison system. No TV, movies, music, at all, limited reading materials, certainly no pornography of any kind. Prison life should not be a torturous existence, but it should be a barren, difficult, retrospective life.

Serial killers. People like Ted Bundy, Richard Ramirez, Wayne Gacy, the Green River Killer (Gary Ridgeway) and others of that sort.
If you were to say the most disgusting people on this planet, I would have to say political leaders who send other people's children and fathers and mothers into a futile war (ie George Bush, Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfield)

Felony murder: Quit leaving them off on technicalities and have them serve their full term and shorten the appeals process.
Torture always deserves the death penalty.
Child Molestation: Severe prison terms, heavy fines, pay for child's psychological treatment and after prison term is served be abandoned to some island with other like persons.
The problem with this crime is that he/she lost their innocence and childhood and is affected for the rest of their lives; long after the perpetuator has served his sentence. Further, this sets this child up to be a future molestor.
Lots of good answers already. I agree with the castration punishment.

yes definately pedophiles and sexual predators,i think they should be castrated,it would solve the problem take away the sex drive.well partly im sure that the truly sick and psychotic would still continue,those people should be sent out into the deepest wilderness with only the clothes on there back 1000's of miles from anyone,few would survive and the ones that did i would guarantee would be changed

I would say child molestors but I like to think that some people are sick because of whats happened to them.The scariest are psychpaths.They have no sense of reality, no remorse and no feelings at all.They are also child molestors, rapist and murderers BUT they have no ability to conceive right from wrong, no boundaries.They absolutely cannot be reformed.They should be killed,disected and studied, call it a donation to science.
