Well from a bicameral presidential system, they are planning to change it into a unicameral parliamentary system in order to (and I quote the pro cha-cha) improve the sytem of the Philippines? I just want your opinions, Please state wheter you're pro or anti! thanks!

Well, there are many Filipinos who are questioning Pres.Gloria Macapagal Arroyo(GMA). The truth is, I don't know a thing what's the cause and the effect. I'm a pro, 'cause I believe that there are some abuses that are done today(I am not joining any of those rallies out there!). The only thing that we can do is wait...
