Yes, and in the US. 18 months of appeals and that process is over. No exceptions, 18 months for appeals after sentencing. After that, execution carried out in 30 days, no exceptions. Should be done as humane as possible, giving great effort to seeing the neck breaks rendering them unconscious. I would only punish especially evil crimes with the death penalty. LIke Jodi Arias, she should be hanged.

If they want to, Let them. I wish we would do that in the US. I GUARANTEE there would be a significant reduction in ALL crime if we did.
