Is it true that the actual paperwork is covered in Law school, but not court procedures? That it's left to the firm who hires you upon graduating to teach you courtroom procedures?

This war was supposed to be easy. ( Remember the war supporters back in March 03?) Why am I laughing so hard now. ( Because I told you the war was a mistake?)

"Recovering" alcholics typically turn back to the bottle in times of extreme stress, and with the War in Iraq, North Korea, a ballooning deficit and historical low approval ratings that are likely to loose his party both houses of Congress ... and then that pesky Dick Cheney calling all the shots ...

You think he's back to drinking? It would explain his slurred speech and inability to concentrate.

Death toll surges in Iraq killings By Press Writer
Mon Oct 16, 7:07 AM.

BAGHDAD, Iraq - The death toll in a surge of sectarian killings in Balad swelled to at least 92 on Monday, police and army officials said, while bombings in and near Baghdad killed as many as up to 10 people. Eleven more bodies were found dumped in the capital.

Four Marines and a soldier were killed in fighting Sunday, bringing to ten the number of U.S. troops killed in Iraq over the past three days.

The Marines, assigned to Regimental Combat Team 5, were killed in fighting in volatile Anbar province, while the soldier was killed when his vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb outside Baghdad.

Sectarian fighting exploded over the weekend in Balad and nearby regions, (50 miles) north of Baghdad. The bloodshed began with the slayings of 17 Shiite workers on Friday.

Shiites swiftly retaliated by setting up roadblocks and the USA military stood by and did nothing. The USA military is helpless.

I am unsure what the clause must be "natural-born US citizen" means. Does it mean a person have to be born on US soil; or be born a US citizen, a.k.a. have US citizens for parents (at least one), thereby the baby is a naturalized US citizen from birth?

This is quite important as many americans reside abroad thus have children abroad. If an american citizen working in a US Embassy has a child in the country of the Embassy, is the child then not eligible for Presidency later? What about the armed forces, I am sure many high ranking officers reside abroad with their families. Business-people. Globalization fathoms wide.

I understand the rule about not wanting new citizens eligible for Presidential candidates, but not separating between americans who have been citizens by birth, but where some are and some are not born on american soil. That makes no sense to me, it seems covered by the "must have lived in the US for at least 14 years" rule.

Classic Democracy Theory

While you bicker about liberals, democrats and republicans you embrace none of the values except sometimes republicanism. Even self-styled 'liberals and proud' drone on about their values without understanding what they are talking about. sounding just like the television guest on the television show. verbal slavery.

While your economy is plundered and your streets fill with homeless you point the fingers at invisible enemies that have never attacked you. Religious radicals spout their nonsense from every street corner and heads nod in approval. Creationism encouraged in schools. Your youth forgotten. A generation betrayed. The ghastly attack on human rights by humans themselves.

Surely Americans must see now. But technology has created nothing but a country of racists who blame others for their problems. Truly ignorance at its greatest.

I have noticed all my life over 50 years that majority rule or will of the people is all to often ruled against by local, state & federal legislation. Generally the few ruling class stand to profit from these laws. Which suggest to me that the tables of rule & control need to be switched if you or I & our families are ever going to live the American dream.
