A lady either did not stop at a stop sign or did not yield (I'm not sure) last Friday, and I hit her at the intersection (I did not have a stop sign). Her insurance company is claiming that I am 10% liable because I should have seen her coming, that it is my responsibility to pay attention to drivers on the side streets. I can agree with that, however, the street has houses lining it, which would not allow me to see her coming down the road. I was told at one point that they are basing my liability on the fact that I stated in the recorded statement that I saw her at the "last second". I also stated in the statement that I tried to brake and turn to avoid her, but was unable to. My husband has said to hire an attorney, but I'm know that will cost us more than the 10% that they are not willing to pay at this point. Any advice? What should be my next step?

resume, calling herself a Russian expert to get the job of Sect of State. President Putin has called Condi completely illiterate in Russian. She has even been accused of purchasing her own papers for college to obtain her Doctorate. It's a fact! She can't read or write in Russian. Putin was offended by Condi and asked her not to come back to Russia. Why does this not bother Bush
when his Sect of State lies blatantly? PS She can't speak Spanish at all either and that's on her resume too.. What's wrong with Bush why doesn't he care about her incompetency and blatant lying?

i think that women should have a chioce to do with her body. however i also beleive that fetuses shouldnt be aborted whenever theres a mistake. but for those of you who are pro life: what if the woman was raped? or a victim of incest? what if there were complications in which if the mother gave birth the mother would die and in turn the baby? these are the only circumstances in which i think that a person should be allowed an abortion. and for those of you who say what if the woman gets accidently pregnant and she wasnt ready, i beleive that in that case she should try to raise it or give it up for adoption and give it the chance for a better life. also a fetus should not be killed just cause you couldnt keep it in your pants or wear a condom. what are your views on it?

Can Debt recovery and attachment procedures by Delhi cooperative bank stayed? The bank in fact has cheated him.
Th cooperative banks in delhi have designed procedures to cheat the gullibles by eliminating written works. The agents of the bank offered Rs 5 lakhs as loan . But they gave him 2 lakhs against property of rs 10 lakhs. not before creating a charge .The most of the dealings took place orally and spontanously . The bank got papers nearly 50 in numbers signed and retained it. Loops holes have deliberately created. This is the modus operandi. The business he has started depending on the loan has flopped because of under financing. He could not purchase raw materials and machineries.His children are threatning suicide if their only dwelling house is taken over and they are forced on the street. Can anybody please advise ? Can anybody help?

ok if ur goin the speed limit and someone pulls out infront of you and u t-bone them or if u hit there car somewhere is it yourfault, if someone tries to change lanes on u and you are goin the speed limit and they just try to move over with no blinker is that yourfault if u hit them, cause im tierd of tryin to avoid these accidents..someone please give me some circumstances when it is and when it is not yourfualt..
