A fetus is not a baby. If it is not viable outside of the womb it is not a baby.

well to clarify your question if you are asking in regards of abortion...It is a fetus and many people have many views of when life actually begins...so a woman has a right to decide what is best for her body and fetus....abortion i believe should not be used as a birth control method. However, there are many cases of rape, incest, and death i feel abortion may be appropriate...Your term (Kill) is politically incorrect....it is abortion....it is not illegal...abortion has been around since even the mid evil period...and i don't think it going away any time soon...so u might want to get use to it...

No woman has any such right.But medical termination of pregnacy(a kind of killing) is within the right of parents if doctor certifies that delivery or continution of foetus in womb is a threat to life of mother.
