Can we do ANYTHING past the point of "asking politely"? What if it was your son or daughter's life at stake?
Can we NOT keep a room cold?
Can we NOT keep someone awake?

Okay say your sitting in a vehicle and an old lady runs into the car.. Never thought twice to see if we were okay and takes off.. Old ppl get away with this i see it all the time. The man that gave my wifes son the pills that he died from was his uncle by marriage. His wife divorced him after he was arrested. He has been charged with 2nd degree murder, 1st degree manslaughter and delievery of a controled substance near a school. But with all the plea stuff in court now days he is supposed to plea to a 12 year sentence and have to do atleast 60% or 7 years. My stepson was 17 . He died April 22nd, 2005. My wife is upset that he is not going to have to do anymore time then what they are going to plea on so she wants to have her say in court to him of what he has done to her and everyone else. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.
