I'm pretty sure that they are inspected anyways. Do you honestly think we are the only ones with them? Let me ask you a question. This is hypothetical so don't get your panties in a wad. What would you want our president to do if Pres. Fox of Mexico said he would use a nukes against us if he had them? but we dont do bad things to our citizens,unless you count the tuskeegee airmen (but you know there black) or the american indian movement (free leonard pelletier,but once again native americans),the internment of 100s of thousands of japanese americans in ww2 (but there japanese) the radioactive isotope testing of alaskan natives during the 60's and 70's (eskimos dont count)...geez the list just keeps going on and on.....i guess saddam should have been more sneaky with those kurds
