I doubt it. That should occur during the time of the offenses as they are being committed. Atleast the investigation is going on, with lawyers everywhere looking to dig up dirt. I still don't know why Clinton got a little action on the side and it held up Congress for a year, while Bush goes bonkers with "bending" rules and made up reasons for war, yet nothing is done about it. Just a lot of talk.

You give the democrats too much credit by saying they'd have the capacity to get anything. Not to say that the republican politicians are perfect either, but as far as actual compotency goes, the democrats are always the worst.
