You need to clarify your question.... geographical features don't migrate..... or are you talking about features that people have changed in the same manner on both continents?

Land bridges connected the ancient continents allowing Indians to migrate from Asia to America.

Most of the migrators came by boat but there were a few who walked across from Europe to the North American continent.

These few, who were able to walk on water, are the ancestors of the Liberal Movement that is going on here. Most of that grouping are now part of the Motion Pictures crowd .

Obviously the Bering Strait, it is 13 miles of open water. They would have migrated across the Ice. That would have made it difficult because of the extreme cold weather. Once back on land there are the far northern Rockies and glaciers. Hope this helps.
