There is a theory around that the government is making weather. If they didn't do this, it would only rain a few times a year. But we can continue with global warming if the weather is controlled be the government. I've read the articles, they go on and on.
A little googling should set you up. I read it at a Neil Young board called "rusted highway" just google that and go to the "be the rain" section. I think it's a huge load of bs.

I have read up on that one and it is a hoax.
Think about it for a minute. If something is being sprayed on us it will get in the water supply and get the people who are spraying it too. The wind will carry it to the people who are spraying.
Now that would be dumb to do, don't you think?

Contrails - for condensation - it's basically exhaust from jet airplanes.

no they're called contrails...they're made by airplanes when airplanes fly over the sky.
