Please no flaming. Just answer the question. Balance of powers, checks and balances, state rights vs federal rights, Bill of Rights, etc. This is not a partsian question, but an honest question on how the US Constitution is a great document.

I need some help trying to come up with some social and economic injustices in the US. I can't do anything that deals with immigration, military, racial profiling and stereotyping. My initial idea was that I was going to find injustices dealing with financial aide but I can't really find enough info to back up my claims.

If anyone can help or give an idea that would be most appreciated! Thanks!

Most of the time when I listen to him I feel like sorry for his IQ and especially for his Buddy control over him. But I should admit that there are times when he made me laugh and enjoy.

President Bush making the following statement: "Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country."

Iraq:

Are you glad liberals passed such programs as Social Security, Medicare, the Civil Rights Act, women's suffrage, federal deposit insurance, unemployment compensation, rural electrification, child labor laws, minimum wages and the 40-hour work week?

I have been living abroad for over 10 years and have never filed income taxes in that time. I don't owe anything, but I know I should have filed anyway, I was just too lazy to figure out how. Now I'm married and am expecting our first child in a few weeks. We're ready to move to the US but I'm worried about the tax thing. Will this be a major issue? Can I overcome this?

Also, is it possible to live in one country but apply for immigration in another? We live in China, but my husband is from a small African country. It would be faster and easier to go through their embassy, but am I allowed to do that? My husband goes there often on business, but I legally reside in China.

Can anyone give me real answers?

Thanks.

Seriously, why are we here? As far as I can tell its just a box canyon in the middle of nowhere, with no way in or out. The only reason we have a red base here is because they have a blue base there. The only reason they have a blue base there is because we have a red base here. I mean even if we were to pull out today, they'd just have two bases in the middle of a box canyon. Woopdy ****** doo.

Did we not fund the organization that was named AL-Qeada by the
CIA? Was Bush not in business with Bin-Laden family/, is Bush family still in business with Bin-Laden family with Carlyle group? Who's name is on CIA building? What Bush put Hitler in power?.
Folks these groups are all one. The only ones on the outside are
us sheeple as the call us, the useless feeders. Anyone who must
work for a living and can be controled by lose of job or finances
if we do dare question the illumanated ones. That eye on your
dollar did not get there by chance. Yes! there is a secret society
of evil. Do you think that Foley is the only pedaphile in DC? Maybe
much higher then he is involved.

There is nothing American about being democrat so this connection must be sound.
Killing babies is not American.
Pro-Sodomy laws are not American.
Entitlement is not American.
Terrorim is not American.
Anti-Gun is not American.
Refusing to support the troops is not American.
Thus, in conclusion, liberalism is NOT American in any shape or form.

getting information about me off the computer, and what they are using it for. Have had child support check stolen and cashed in my name. Weird things have started happening since the state got my sons biological father for child support after 13 years. I know he tracked us down with computer. Also can a cell phone be tracked to its location? He lives in New York and I live in Maine. He calls every night now, but nothing adds up. He knows what my son looks like and what size he is and he has never seen him. He wants to send my son a cell phone, but there is no reason to at all. Nothing this guy says adds up to make sense at all. We feel like we are being watched, and my son saw some one in our yard the other night as we were pulling in. It only takes 6 hours to get here from New York. Hid dad also told us he lives in suffern, but his number is from hackensack. He talks to me like he is in a gang and says "he owns suffern."

I talked 2 him the night he left and was w/ him but he didn't have anything & he had 2 send his phone home when he got 2 camp.
His parents don't have any numbers 2 contact him by either.
He left in 1days notice because he chose to leave early.
He's not stationed yet.

I know this is kinda a silly question but I received a leter in the mail about a week an a half ago that my name had been randomly selected from Ohio's registered voters and that I had to appear for Jury Duty. So I went on the day I was assigned but ended having to leave early and go out of town due to a family emergency and was not able to complete the whole process. And, I know jury duty is serious and is mandatory so I wasn't really sure of what they could do to me for not completing it. Can Somebody who knows about the Court System please help me out, I dont want to get into trouble!!! Thankyou

Just look around! Slowly, all of our rights are being taken away from us. We can't even say certain things without getting questioned. I do not like feeling paranoid and insecure that someone maybe watching me AND listening on to my personal conversations.
