The founding fathers would have been losing their minds about fighting wars outside the country that weren't the result of a treaty obligation. They even knew that it was a useless endeavour to take the war back to England because one of the most important things a country has is it's international trade. If you piss off a country they are mush less likely to trade with you.
Back then it was all about the economy. Now its all about the money. There is a difference.
(BTW: this is not Bush's war. Two bi-partisan committees reccomended going into Iraq to free the country and because of the threat of WMDs. Prior to sending troops it was vehemently agreed to by a supermajority of the House and Senate. http://www.freedomagenda.com/iraq/wmd_quotes.html )

The Founding Fathers of the USA would not recognize the totalitarian oligarchy into which this nation has morphed under the direction of Republican Congresses and especially the GW Bush regime.
They were generally averse to foreign entanglements, and would never have supported the foreign wars into which Bush and the GOP are funnelling billions of tax dollars and thousands of gallons of US blood, all to secure power and money for a few.

The Founding Fathers were very specific in giving ONLY CONGRESS the power to declare war. In the Balance of Powers that was written into the Constitution, it was supposed to be up to congress to decide when and where we go to war, and up to the President to execute the war when given authority. But the way it works today, the President sends troops whereever he wants to, then asks Congress to support the mission. Who in Congress is going to turn down support for our troops when they're already involved? And if you do vote against it, you're labelled unpatriotic and treasonous.
So, No, the Founding Fathers would not support this war. Nor would they have supported Viet Nam, or Korea. (See what fruits we're reaping from that war now?)
Those Founding Fathers were pretty bright fellows. Too bad they had to turn the country over to the idiots who followed them.

of direction we do - that's the reason I voted against him two times. For each and every of the sturdy it did me..... so a techniques as fascists pass even with the incontrovertible fact that, he's minor whilst in comparison with maximum. no longer protecting him in any respect (have self belief me, i could by no ability...) yet there is not any assessment to him and Hitler. Hitler wins that one, by ability of miles. He additionally looks super whilst in comparison with Stalin or Pol Pot. No, Guantanomo Bay is in comparison to a favourite-day Gulag, it rather is an abuse and should no longer be condoned....even with the undeniable fact that it rather is not any the place close to a gulag. A greater apt assessment could be Irish internment in Northern eire by ability of England interior the 70's. maximum fascist cabals take ability further. Disgusting, yet authentic. It became purely time for that's upward thrust interior the U. S. i think. i do no longer rather have a concern with identity enjoying cards - Passports and drivers lic are if truth be told an identical undertaking, and different democratic Western international locations have had them for years. Your techniques is already on record. everybody is outraged, yet given the durability of primary existence, we are truthfully treading water. you are able to desire to be youthful and offended, have each and every of the unfastened time interior the worldwide, yet many are working so as that they might feed their little ones, shop from drowning. If I had to decide for, tending to my family contributors/family contributors could be my priority - that's authentic worldwide. human beings do what they might.

No, I do not think that they would support the American people being lied to and doing even one-half of the things that GW has done while in office.
