He's the decider - he even went so far as telling the world that not so very long ago, remember? Since he certainly hasn't been a uniter, it's safe to say he's been a divider of the highest order since the country is more divided now than its been since VietNam.

He has the country divided royally.

About 70% of us know he's been a very poor president and has done some really horrible things....

...but there is still the 30% of stubborn Republicans that would kiss his backside even if God, himself came down to Earth and called him the Devil to his greedy Nazi face.

GW Bush has but one mission, and it is summed thus: to steal, to kill and to destroy.

He has united all who follow the Antichrist, and divided the world into two groups: those that agree with him, and those who (whether wittingly) oppose the Antichrist's regime and policies.

I think he is a uniter, this has the Democrats running scared and when they are afraid they throw mud, and hope it sticks. They call him all kind of names, and accuse him of all kinds of things that are not true. The die hard Dem's just listen and throw the same talking points, spewed out by their leaders.
I think the liberals are the dividers.

You can't unite people that aren't willing to be united.

There's no denying that he's invited participation of people that oppose him on the things he's done. Ted Kennedy is one of his most rabid opponents, and was hand picked to help with the education programs. Rather than uniting, it just made him more virulent. He doesn't exclude Democrats just because they're Democrats. Democrats have excluded themselves because they're in a snit that he isn't one of them.

I'd say he's a uniter. I think that a lot of the Washington Democrats just aren't uniting material.
