Hello i am in pakistan at the moment but also lived in the Usa in past we had to come here because problems between my parents and i was very young at that time, after coming here my education, life-style and everything has changed as a matter of fact i've had to end my education because we weren't able to support it, my father just died in the usa about 2 years ago and our family is completely and nearly doomed with bills, now i've been doing some online work for clients for about more then a year i found a nice person/client whom i've been working for over 2 months and he says he is willing to sponser me their even willing to buy the tickets all he ask from me is to work for him. he lives in Orlando, Florida. neither he nor i know any way i can go back there previously before this my big brother has tried going appliying for a visa from the Islamabad Embassy, but has been rejected saying that we had no good reason because of staying here for so long, even though have some proof too.

My friend got pulled over a few months ago. They searched his car and found prescription drugs. They took the pills but let him go. Did not arrest him, or write him a ticket. He went to jail last night on a warrart from that day. He never received any letters from the judical sysytem saying he was wanted for failure to appear in court, nor was anything mailed to him regarding a court date of any kind. What's going on here???? Have you every heard of this????

Hi! :) I live in CA and I co-signed on the purchase of a car for my nephew. Our agreement was that he would pay all the fees for the car and that he just needed my credit to buy the car. He is the only one that has been using the car. Recently he has not paid the car loans, has not paid for insurance costs, has not payed registration fees, and has not paid a few parking tickets that he got. So I have had to pay these amounts to keep my accounts in good standing. Is there any legal precedence for me to go to court and sue him for any of these costs? If so, which ones and would the judge make him pay all the costs or just half since we are both co-buyers? He has a full-time job and makes a decent income but now refuses to pay these costs no matter what I say to him. Thanks for the help!

We are in the middle of two wars, and the Democrats are known for bing softies like Clinton.

Whatever the Bush administration has done wrong, at least they are not cowards during a time of war.

They Violated American law when the snuck across the border. They snuck across the border because they new they could not enter American legally, That is premeditation, which means they knew what they were doing was against the law, which makes them ALL Criminals. Now do we really want 20 million plus illegal Criminals in America, we already have enough Criminals of our own, with out taking in all of Vicente Fox's Criminals. what did he do open up the Prisons in Mexico & tell them to go illegally enter America.....

I do. Al Qaeda has nuclear weapons, according to a reporter who talked to someone who talked to U Bin Laden. Also, Usama has warned the US three times (according to Muslim tradition). Also, Usama tried to warn all American Muslims to leave all US cities.

New York is going to be nuked soon.

It's just logical, anyways think aout it. Al Qaeda has been stepping up their attacks since 1993, and has sworn to destroy the US.

Here's my idea, substitute the word "Clinton" with the phrase "our own incompetence". Try this on the Republican answers to many questions. It works great.

Ok. So i know that Clinton was officially impeached. That was for his sexual escapade with that Lewinsky ho...so my true question is: If Clinton was impeached for lying under oath for something so miniscule...then why havent we tried to impeach Bush for lying to entire country about the link betweek Iraq and terrorists or weapons of mass destruction? Which, i am sure you know has actually AFFECTED the country...by means of hundreds of billions of dallars.

This may be an "old topic" but i really want to know what people think.

Which would you rather have? A government that imposes laws which take away your rights but also prevent terrorist attacks from happening, or a government that doesn't take away freedoms and reacts to terrorist attacks while doing very little to prevent them?
