I was thinking of sobbing and shaking my head in disgust at the accused while the offenses are being read.

Possibly jerking in shock everytime the prosecution makes a point and then making a "yea right" look everytime the defense makes theirs.

Sitting and reading a magazine on crime and punishiment instead of paying attention to what is going on.

Give the accused an evil eye look and move my finger across my throat.

I posed some questions about unions today and I'd like you to see what our union hating reps said about you:

If the minimum wage is $5, then the maximum union wage would be fair at about $9.

The three values of unions are:
1 greed
2 sloth
3 apathy

And some from liberals:

If not for Unions, you might be working 15 hour shifts six days a week, everyone in your family works the same including your 12 year old kid, you have to buy food from the company store which is so expensive your paychecks can barely cover them, if you get sick or injured you get fired and arrested. Living and working conditions are unsafe, education is almost non-existent, and oh yeah - birth control wouldn't exist.

Same thing is happening in China today. Enjoy your happy meal.

Employer greed is at an all time high,CEO - pay on average in America is 500 times the average workers wage. No other industrial nation is this out of whack

Ready to live on $9/hr? Not me.

This will allow the president to arrest, imprision, jail indefinately or execute american citizen, he deems an "enemy combatant". That could mean anyone they want, a protester, a person contibuting to a charity the government deems "supporive of terror". Not just Bush eithor, if a Dem gets in in 08 they will have the same power.

President Bush has quietly claimed the authority to disobey more than 750 laws enacted since he took office, asserting that he has the power to set aside any statute passed by Congress when it conflicts with his interpretation of the Constitution.

Among the laws Bush said he can ignore are military rules and regulations, affirmative-action provisions, requirements that Congress be told about immigration services problems, ''whistle-blower" protections for nuclear regulatory officials, and safeguards against political interference in federally funded research.

Legal scholars say the scope and aggression of Bush's assertions that he can bypass laws represent a concerted effort to expand his power at the expense of Congress, upsetting the balance between the branches of government. The Constitution is clear in assigning to Congress the power to write the laws and to the president a duty ''to take care that the laws be faithfully executed." Bush, however, has repeatedly ignored them

MEXICO IS THE 4TH RICHEST OIL NATION IN THE WORLD

SOURCE:
CNN

http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/americas/02/18/obit.lopez.ap/

The state petroleum monopoly Pemex had discovered big oil deposits offshore in the Gulf of Mexico that were twice Alaska's North Slope -- doubling the nation's reserves -- just before Lopez Portillo was elected.

He concentrated on developing petroleum production, quickly turning Mexico into the world's fourth-richest oil nation at a time when the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries cartel was squeezing top dollar out of the United States and other big industrialized countries

Nevermind the Senate.

Is it that Repubicans are not as hated as the Democratic media makes them out to be?

Or will the Democrats just default to the "Diebold" defense which seeks to illegitimize ANY Republican victory?

The society I want to live in provides a good public education, good military defense, good roads and other public services. These things don't come cheap. I've gotten many benefits from this society why shouldn't I pay more? Why should the middle and working class be taxed beyond their means. This is what WILL happen if the rich and upper middle get more breaks.
