They Violated American law when the snuck across the border. They snuck across the border because they new they could not enter American legally, That is premeditation, which means they knew what they were doing was against the law, which makes them ALL Criminals. Now do we really want 20 million plus illegal Criminals in America, we already have enough Criminals of our own, with out taking in all of Vicente Fox's Criminals. what did he do open up the Prisons in Mexico & tell them to go illegally enter America.....

Very few pay taxes, which is a drain on the rest of us, who have to support them. People who support them probably don't pay taxes either. And I don't know about you, but when hundreds of thousands march in Washington DC (and take up all that parking space) and wave MEXICAN flags in order to demonstrate that they should be accepted as Americans, I become a little unconvinced of their loyalty towards the US.

Illegal immigration is a huge issue in the US for a couple reasons.
1) Americans are made up of hundreds of cultures, and yet everyone assimilates into one perspective of being an American and speak English, the national language. This is because they want to join the American culture and mold it. The illegal immigrants from Mexico and Central America do not learn English; they continue to pledge their loyalty to their home country, and live in small urban ghettos apart from the rest of the American society.
2) The ghettos these immigrants form are breeding grounds for the most dangerous gangs in American history. Why? Because a large percentage of the people that come to America are poor, have no education, and have criminal backgrounds. If a person was wealthy, educated, or did not have a criminal background, they would not have to come over illegally. If you need an example of a gang problem thanks to immigration, go no farther than Mara Salvatrucha 13.
3) The US does not know who they are, or else they would be deported. Therefore, to say that they are paying taxes is retarded. To pay taxes, the IRS needs to know you exist.
4) They are a burden to the health care system, because they like everyone else gets hurt and ends up going to the hospital and gets an emergency operation done, but then cannot pay for it and do not have health care.
5) They don’t pay school taxes either, but they of course send their children to school. This means that law abiding Americans have overcrowded and under funded schools to deal with.
6) Great masses of uneducated people with no money flooding any boarder sounds like a bad deal for any country on the receiving end. America, much like Canada, puts emphasis on certain types of people that want to come into the country. For example, if there was a huge need for technical jobs but there were just not enough people to fill the demand, immigrants with technical backgrounds would have a higher priority.
7) The illegal immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans. The idea that Americans don’t want to do certain jobs is just retarded. The issue is pay. Americans would do a lot more things if they were paid better than your average illegal alien. This is because they have taxes and hospital bills and a general desire for self improvement while the illegal aliens do not. So basically Americans can not afford to underbid people that are use to living in garbage cans and employers take advantage of that fact.
All of my points are generalities of the group as a whole…. I am sure you could find a sterile, homosexual, non catholic, well educated illegal alien from Central America, but they are an extreme minority and thus, are irrelevant.

Hey have you ever been to mexico and seen how bad it is over there?? Some of those people come here for a better life. I know there are some that are just criminals or lazy and dont want to do anything but live off the government. There are some though that come here and work hard and get paid practically nothing just to get by. Yes I know they broke the law when they crossed that border but they did it for themselves and their children. Wouldnt you do the same? I'm not telling you to pity them or anything because I dont feel sorry for the murderers and sex offenders that come here they can get sent back for all I care I hate those people. But I dont hate the ones that work hard and come here for a better life.

This country has a long tradition of immigration. If you know any white people, then you have some familiarity with what I am talking about. Now, sure, the white people caused problems at first, introducing smallpox and killing most of the Americans, but eventually we came to accept them as American themselves after a bloody war of secession.
Let's just open the borders and eat the problem. We'll declare American English the official language of law and recordkeeping, and let them all in and give them a vote and a shot at comfort. Perhaps people will stop hating us so much if we give them that.

Well, I'm not a "so- called American," I'm a real live American," but I'll answer your question anyway. I feel sorry for illegal immigrants because they suffer such oppression in their own countries. I don't like or dislike them as a group. However, I do recognize that the economy in my state is dependent on migrant workers, who often times happen to be illegal. So, if all those folks were to just up and disappear, well, we'd be in for some REAL trouble.

u need 2 stop and think....some of these people come here in search of a better life....im mexican and i know people who r immigrants and most of them come in search of jobs 2 support their family.u got 2 admit that they do all the jobs that us americans dont want 2 do. let me ask u something....what race is the janitor at your school, or job?????most likely its a hispanic person who dosent mind getting paid minimum wage 2 take out trash. who picks the fruit that u buy at the store????????hispanics, they dont mind being out in the sun all day picking fruit 4 people who dont apreciate their work.... without immigrants this country would not be one of the best countrys in the world.....im my opinion i think the U.S should let immigrants be here and at least have a license 2 drive.....the u.s would acctually benifit from this because if immigrants had a license they would be able 2 buy cars, and pay insurance....
Im pretty sure that if u lived in mexico in the conditions that some of these people lived in....u would also want 2 come to this country.....so u need 2 stop being racist and strat 2 think

Because some of us have a concept called 'empathy'....We also have it for abused children, the homeless, drug addicts, terminally ill, widows, the poor, etc.....

None of that is any reason to actually dislike them. They are, after all human beings, just like everybody else, with fears and agonies just like everybody else. They have families to take care of.....babies to feed. Just like us True Americans do. And just like True Americans, when they are between a rock and a hard place, they have to do something. Could YOU just sit back and watch your kids starve, if it came down to that? I couldn't. I would do ANYTHING necessary to keep them fed, beg, borrow or steal.
I DO agree however, that anybody wanting to come to this country should do so legally. It's as much for their protection as for ours. And we should implement work programs that will allow them to do that.

because they are good, nice people. Because they are not lazy or think that anyone owes them something, they just want the chance to work hard for a decent wage. They dont stick their noses up at a difficult or disgusting job. If they are nice to me, I will be nice to them.
