There are other and cheaper ways

Not impossible at all, nor as costly as some think.

"The marines did a little (exercise) just North of Idaho. One Hundred marines with three drones and two radar stations controlled 100 miles of the most rugged border you ever saw in your life. While I was there, just one week-end while I was there, they intercepted four people coming across on ATVs carrying four hundred pounds of drugs, we got a light plane trying to come in under the radar, and so it can happen. We can control our borders, we just choose not too."

If we properly staff our border patrols, build a wall or fence where needed, use sensors, remote controlled drones, and radar stations, we can slow the raging flood of illegal aliens coming over our border down to a trickle. It's not "impossible," in fact, it probably wouldn't even be all that difficult, we just haven't made the effort

It needs to be protected--Just a wall will not do it. As many come through the front door too.
It would accomplish little without other enforcement.

I would lik to see a wall built on the US-Mexico border. It could accomplish keeping more illegal immigrants out. Southern California is really really suffering from all the illegal immigrants. I'm not saying that they are all Mexican, but since our border is so close, we do get a lot. I would hope that in the long run building a wall woudl strengthen the economy of California. Yes yes, I know we rely on immigrant workers in teh farming industry. I don't mind if people want to get a Visa and come work here - just pay your damn taxes before you send you $ home!

On the border between Mexico and the USA, why? because our government is not implementing our immigration laws and Mexico is to busy sending all of their poors to our Nation. If Mexico is against the wall because they say is not good for our friendship, well, let then start doing something about their citizens. All they have to do is to keep their citizen home just like they do with the Central Americans that come through their southern border, the Mexican government after they mistreat them, take their belonging then they send them to their country of origin. We in the USA don't do that. Clear!

I would like to see a wall built at the Mexican border and the Canadian border. It would reduce the amount of illegal immigrants crossing the border.

One on the border with Mexico to keep the illegals out and one around New Jersey to make sure they don't get out into the rest of the US.

I would want every neocon/religious freak to move to texass and then build a fence around that whole state and not let them out. Maybe we could build another fence around Austin and air supply that city like we did for Berlin since Austin is the only cool city in that wacko state.

I doubt the wall will accomplish anything,
someone is gonna find a way around it.
