... there was another American Revolution and Marxists overthrew the US government and it became the the People's Republic of America and the new Communist/Marxist party made the Democrats / Republicans illegal and everything became like the USSR (in regards to work, system of government, state control)

What would you do/feel about it?

!!!ALSO!!! how would this affect the rest of the world? Positively or negatively or what?

I know this is really far-fetched but i was just wondering since America was heavily anti-communist for a period of time.

Are we footing the bill for all of of Bush's fund-raising junkets. Nothing would make me happier to know that we're paying so Bush can fly all the country raising money so pro-war Republicans can buy elections so that he has enough votes to keep our soldiers dying in Iraq for years to come.

I just want to know if theres an all inclusive training center that gives out excellent handgun instruction, martial arts, close quarters combat, 2 team room clearing, use of automatic weapons, tatical driving, hostage negotiation, and physical fittness/disipline for life training? I realize, A. that i could just sign up for the military B. there are many schools that, combined could train for this, but im looking for the one with the most of my listed credentials above. Also what's a good first handgun to purchase id like to hear your thoughts.

I moved out in Aug. My ex-landlord...

- shut off my air conditioning when my rent was 2 days late (illegal)
- threatened to forcibly enter my apartment, drunk (I called police)
- refused to fix my non-flushing toilet (illegal)
- tried to evict me via post-it note (illegal - you can only evict through a court)
...among other broken laws.

He has the nerve of now billing me for September rent (I moved out in August after giving required notice), cleaning fees, cost to fix toilet, etc., and threatened "legal action" if I don't pay.

I can't afford a lawyer but I want to sue him. Do you think it's possible to do it on my own? I have proof, witnesses, etc., but no lawyer and I don't qualify for Legal Aid.

What can I do to prepare my case and better my chances?

A friend was telling me that her professor said with teenage pregnancy and kids dropping out of school as a result; in combination with our government not wanting to give immigrants (legal or otherwise) a public education, that we are headed for the "dumbing down" of America. In 20 years, some of these people will be the leading our country.

What are your thoughts on this?
