They are dangerous.They have been caught selling nuclear secrets to Iran,North Korea and Syria.
The Taliban have training camps there and it is highly possible that Osama Bin Laden is in Pakistan.
Musharraf is playing both sides as he has done since the start.
He gives up the occasional al-Qaieda leader to satisfy the Americans while at the same time telling the Muslims that he was forced into helping.

he is no more running pakistan than GW is running the US.......cheney is the US prez, and mushariff, who's already had two attempts on his life, will not last much longer. THEN pakistan becomes the US greatest threat, because they hate us AND they have nukes

dictators should not be allied to a state (US) that claims it embodies the principles of freedom.
also, telling everyone that you supported the US because it threatened to bomb you back to the stone age shows a distinct lack of political class.
