Outlaw lobbyists, limit terms of congressmen, have stiff penalties as punishment for graft and embezzlement and misuse of funds by elected officials.

I'm for getting rid of K St., and I agree that all too often Republicans and Democrats look like the same animal. I'd say tax the rich, but since the rich make the laws (and are unlikely to tax themselves and their buds) we might be heading for our own version of the French Revolution.

My vote is to abolish all the laws and practices that are keeping the campaign process cheap for our two main parties and level the playing field for all the other third parties out there. Light a flame under the *ss of both of our beloved and stagnant parties and shake up the power base.

yes i agree also, my idea is a 5% across the board tax for everyone including corporations and no refunds all stays in the system, now for the American way hating corporations that threaten to move out of our wonderful America and refuse to be a part of us well i say Import tax them for their sins against the United States, make any contributions of any form (cash jobs homes travel) fully illegal punishable by true prison time!

yes as an answer to your first question.

change the rules so that corporations may not fund politicians or parties. the money should be from taxes. this would give the people a chance to have their voices heard again.

a 2 term limit might also be a good idea.

Research, asking questions, and asking people their opinons on that canidate. Asking the canidates to give money to the poor or helping out the community would work.
