Why do some people get their replacement greencards within 4 weeks, and others have to wait many months?

Even if they file their I-90 App. for Replacement Permanent Resident Card with the same service center, MSC for example?

This will not help you but my wife has been waiting almost 5 years! we are still going to immigrations for fingerprints, profile pics, and any other info we can find. Her immigrant friends, at least some already have there's, and they don't have to wait that long! we've been running around three states for five years and it is getting old in a hurry! All i can say is good luck and keep hounding them.
