I was in a car accident as a passenger when the other driver was wrong. We had full coverage on our car. I went to a Chiropractor for about two months and after The MRI THey told me that i had a lost disk(not sure) How much Do you guys think i can make After the medcal bills and car Reapair.

If the other party carries third party liability on their car you could get a fair sum. If other driver is uninsured you could get nothing. To many variable to give a definite answer because you do not state whether or not you went to the chiropractor before the accident.

Never heard of a lost disc. Back problems last a lifetime. My guess would be that if you settle low, you will look back after years of pain and say "what was I thinking?" Quality of life is priceless - get at least the maximum that the insurance company covers

I cut my finger and got $1000 per percent. mine was 3 percent perm damage and i got 3000. if its not over 10 percent u cannot go for pain&suffering. try 2 find out how much dam in percent u hav. Hope that helps. good luck. dont giv up.
