Are we mature adults who are seeking answers to tough questions, or a bunch of kids fighting on the playground? If you want people to respect your opinion, try leaving out adjectives like, "cowardly, gutless liberal, and redneck conservative." Just a suggestion.

this article demonstrates just how little backbone liberals have, and how they cry when someone says something they disagree with. how EASILY they are offended by little things.

Why do the democrats want to limit the freedom of speech, by getting offended and regretting the airing of someone who is only giving his opinion?

EVERYONE keeps talking about the "LIBERAL MEDIA" but apparently the young pages went to several papers (Miami Herald and others) and several local tv stations and they refused to report what the kids were saying because it was against the republican party.

i used to be a cop in a large city in California ~ and I have seen people shot in every part of the human body. When i reflect back on those on-job experiences, it really takes alot to just "brush-it-off" as part of the job.

Corporations have limited liability, zero morals, and very deep pockets. They have one goal, and that is profit margin. This was set by a Supreme Court Decision based on the 14th Amendment 1886, and has yet to be challenged by and federal legislation. Is now the time?

If you got pulled over in the future, why would the police take you to jail if you had an unpaid Red Light Camera Ticket on your record?

The red light ticket is the only traffic violation that is civil instead of criminal, doesn't even count as points on a DMV record. They can't even be sure you got it in the mail since no steps are taken to have it signed for (which you would have to do to serve a lawsuit, you can't mail it). Are they seriously going to take a person to jail if they happened to get pulled over for something else? I highly doubt it. Has this happened to anyone?

For all of you about to scold and harrass me, i was in the intersection for 0.5 seconds - read for yourself the reports about how they shorten yellows, which increases ticketing from 20/month per intersection to over 200. Read the meeting minutes yourself on the net. You will also find, of the top 20 dangerous intersections in SD, only 2 have camaras, the other 18 are in more affluent areas.

A friend of mine is in jail - for (two non-violent misdemeanors)..
ANYWAYS: The circumstances surrounding his arrest, guilt or innocence are not the point, The point and question involves the fact that he applied for a publuc defender the day he was arrested. And the Judge was aware that the public defenders office was unable to represent him,as they were also representing his ex-wife (on a different case)... So the judge's duty was to then appoint my friend assigned counsel (by the court)..
*An american right*
43+ days later my friend STILL has not had the opportunity to see a lawyer and hes been at court hearings for this case 4 different times (each time, the **** gets adjourned)... NOW hes got to sit in jail another whole month and 4 days before his NEXT hearing..and to this day has NOT had access to an atty- and cant afford to hire one! Does anyone know the correct course of action my friend can take under these circumstances?? Your thoughts are much appreciated.
