Corporations have limited liability, zero morals, and very deep pockets. They have one goal, and that is profit margin. This was set by a Supreme Court Decision based on the 14th Amendment 1886, and has yet to be challenged by and federal legislation. Is now the time?

the intent of the amendment was to prevent whites from taking property away from blacks, but of course the rich white folks of the time perverted it for their own financial gains.
the supreme court ruled in Minneapolis & St. Louis Railroad v. Beckwith (1889) that a corporation is a "person" for both due process and equal protection.
but it was with Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad (1886) and the decision stating a private corporation was a "natural person"

Dontcha just love the law?

Now is most definately NOT the time--Corporations have too many friends in high places for that to happen and since a majority of the supreme court justices have to agree to hear a case against the "personhood" of a corportion it would probably be useless.

You really don't have a clue do you? Limited Liability? I think the tobacco industry would fiercely disagree with this one. Zero Morals? What about the billions that are donated to charity and social program every year from corporate sponsors. Deep Pockets? So you think every corporation has deep pockets? Many would greatly disagree with you. Profit Margins are a good thing. Everyone benefits when a company makes money. From the Janitor all the way up to the CEO, along with all the companies that make money off the successful company. Like phone, electrical, insurance, benefits, suppliers etc..etc..etc.. You really need to rethink your position.

"...zero morals..."?

Your ignorance is showing - try harder to disguise it and maybe you'll be taken seriously.

"They have one goal, and that is profit margin."?

Really? Which planet have you been hangin out on?

Oh, and may I infer from your rant that profits are BAD - you know, the ones they use to pay their employees?

You sound like a school kid parroting nonsense fed to you by the "adults" around you - learn to think for yourself and you'll be amazed by what you discover about the real world!
