mmm actually, one time i hit a parked car. i basically just told the lady to please not put it on my insurance, and that i would pay for her car's damage (which was like $800, but it was a medium sized damage).
if it IS put on your insurance though, your insurance will (depending on what type you have) cover her car's damage, plus yours. your insurance will increase, though, especially if youre a teenager.
