How can you stand hearing about and seeing on the t.v.,for yourself the violence and death the U.S. is causing overseas.As I type,women and children are losing their lives,at the hands of trained U.S. soilders.They are merely following orders,yet they to know this is all wrong.They are trained to fight other soilders,not to kill the innocent....Because of your vote,an evil man can now bring death and destruction to all how stands in his way.You Republicans should be so ashamed..........Tom Science

The libs don't want phone calls to afghanastan tapped, but they want to tap into emails of mark foley, talking to a 16 year old, in D.C. where the age of consent is 16.

And we were supposed to mind our business when president clinton played around with his intern, and lied about it.


I certainly do not condone foley's actions, and am glad the GOP made him resign. But, isn't this ironic?

And if you do are you like me and wonder why this is over population in the prisons. I mean if someone gets the death sentence shouldn't we just carry it out? If this were done wouldn't there be less overcrowding in the prison system?
Especially if the inmate is a murderer, I think eye for an eye. What is the hold up and why is there a death row, does it take that long to put someone to death?

My good friend is in the Navy and was sent to Iraq in August. I have been emailing him and not heard anything back. I am starting to worry and want to find out where he is stationed so I can write a letter to him.

American citizens are responsible for knowing what all of our laws are and following them. But it seems so difficult to get that information. If ignorance of the law is no excuse, then where do I go to get "un-ignorant?" Is there some kind of database or master list of the laws I'm expected to know and follow? Most new or changed laws aren't covered by the press. How can I get informed so I don't break a law by virtue of ignorance that it existed?

The American government is interfering in other countries internal affairs, they want every body to be a copy of the American, delete any other identity, have no respect for differences, and have no faith that other can manage their lives as they want. So this will reflect in more terrorism because people in other countries will feel slaved and controlled by the USA government.
If the USA government want democracy and peace , why do think the whole world start to hate the government?
Many other countries have democracy but no one hate them, France , Germany, …and many others.

I posted a legitimate question about something I had read and it was instantly assumed that I believed the suppostition of the article. Talk about reading into things. Why is it that instead of dealing with what you have in front of you, (by you I am refering to the general you, as in reader) be it disagreable to you or not, you tend to insult and retreat to something that you can use to defend, be it relevent to the situation or not? If this is how all politicians behave, maybe we need new ones, and lots of them.
