How can you stand hearing about and seeing on the t.v.,for yourself the violence and death the U.S. is causing overseas. As I type, women and children are losing their lives,at the hands of trained U.S. soilders. They are merely following orders, yet they to know this is all wrong. They are trained to fight other soilders, not to kill the innocent....Because of your vote,an evil man can now bring death and destruction to all how stands in his way.You Republicans should be so ashamed..........Tom Science

Are you on the moon or something?

It's the terrorists that are deliberately targeting innocent people. If the US errantly kills someone that's innocent, it's an accident. We don't deliberately target innocent people like the terrorists do.

The ignorance of this question is so profound and not worth my further time.

You do know that as you type, women and children are getting killed all over the United States don't you? Where is your indignation for that? Is that Bush's fault too? You don't have to be a trained soldier to kill and you don't have to be in a war zone to die, I got news for you, everybody ought to be ashamed of that fact!!

Why just Republicans? Precious few Democrats voted against the war, either, and some Republicans did.

Now that we are there, would it be better for those people if we just said, 'ah, this is no fun' and took off, leaving them to it?

Because that is the question, at this point.

When are you going to realize that you are a fool? So....are you going to buy my beach front property in Kansas? And why do you feel the need to write your name at the end of each question when your user name is already there?

And all the innocents that died in Bosnia?
And all the innocents that died in Korea?
And all the innocents that died in Vietnam?
And all the innocents that died in WW2?
And all the innocents that died in WW1?
And all the innocents that died in The Spanish American War?
And all the innocents that died in The Mexican American War?
And all the innocents that died in The War with Tripoli?

In war innocents die. This war has seen the lowest collateral damage in history, as well as the lowest loss of American life as a percentage of deployed.

Democrats send soldiers to kill and die. Republicans send soldiers to kill and die. Civilians always die in war. Please, read some war history before you engage in empty rhetoric. I would recommend Clausewitz's Treatise on War as your first book.

Libs should be ashamed for not defending this country more and having more sympathy for the survival of the enemie's women and kids than for our women and kids. I say better them than us and better over there than over here.

I love how Iraq and Afghanistan were the most sovereign countries before the popularly named "evil" baby killing Bush reared his demonic head. Saddam loved the children didn't he?
