For parking spaces (ie: supermarket or mall) When there is no divider or median or concrete 'log' in the way. I was recently (by a citizen) told that the law is that you can't drive THROUGH to be facing out to park (of two 'face to face' spaces).
True or not?

The guy who lives next door to me is steadily losing his grip on reality and I think he's going to do something harmful to someone soon. He's already threatend to burn the other neighbor's house down, he drives around spitting on people, constantly yelling obsenities to anyone, calls all the girls in the nieghborhood sluts and whores, and now he is obsessed with me. I caught him going through my trash, and he waits for me to come home and hides behind his fence and hisses like a demon. He does not work, has no friends, house is paid off and he drinks everyday to excess. He also spouts off right wing propaganda so....probably has a gun. We have gone to the police several times, and they warned him initially but now they won't do anything because they don't really want to get involved since he is on his property when he does these things. He never threatens...he just f/u's us anytime we are both outside, making it extremely difficult for my wife and I to enjoy our home. Help..

Whilst hardworking people have to go out for a living to provide the things that are essential or luxuries a high number of people on benefits seem to have these items plus much more ie;running a car,sat tv, computers and a free house !Not all claimants I add conform to this as there are many genuine people out there who need our help but its the ones that don't that get my back up!

He should recieve the most harsh interogation methods we have at our disposal to secure a conviction and his removal from society .The party to which he belongs should in no way be held responcible for his actions but they should all call for his immediate arrest and subsequent interogation to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible .Maybe we need a child terrorism law so we can send him to gitmo for interogation .

I had a personal loan given to me 13 years ago. In the mean time I had a financial hardship and stopped making payments to them and had since forgotten I owed them this money. Just the other day I got a phone call asking for a payment plan. I am just making ends meet the way it is now. Can they legally come after me after 13 years of no contact from them? They have never sent me a bill or contacted me till now. After so many years isn't it a given that debts like these need to be forgiven?

In the middle of your case. Yet, they "just forget to mention the new firms name" in their letter to you, but state they will no longer be able to represent you.

Should you sue for your money back that you put down as a retainer and all money that has been paid to this attorney.

:) Just trying to get some humor out there on a Monday morning. I had no idea the show was still on until I was on a break from work, flipping through the channels last week about this time... Jerry Springer himself is democrat, I think... ?

With an estimated 2005 population of about 106.5 million, Mexico is the most populous Spanish-speaking country in the world.

Mexico is a racially and ethnically diverse country. Its three main ethnic groups are mestizos (mixed European and Amerindian), Amerindians, and Europeans. Mexicans of European descent, which make up about 15% of the population, are mostly Spanish descendants. There are also those of German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Irish, Polish, Russian, British, and Swedish descent. The remaining minority is largely comprised of Afro-Mexican, Middle Eastern, and East Asian people. A large Chinese community exists in Mexicali, Baja California and a historic small influx of Filipinos have come to Mexico since the late 16th century.

You say that we came as legal ones.....if you want to consider the atrocities committed to the North American Indians as our coming here legal do so......The Indian did not have the concept of owning land.......The saw land as on loan by mother nature. Mother nature owned the land they did not. So when the White Man came requesting to buy land the Indian so much wanted to share all of the bounty of the land with the white man......The white man tricked the Indians into entering into written contracts of land purchase.......lands of hundreds of acres purchased with little in exchange.....was not money.......Beaver pelts, deer antlers....beads...etc were the purchasing items. The Indians not understanding the concept of a man owning land......assumed that they were giving the white man the same rights as they had to hunt fish and camp .... The white man saw the Indian as stupid and dumb and fraudulently acquired his lands..... so don't say we came here as legal.... we came as thieves.

My mom has been having problems with my 16 year old sister since she was prolly 12. She has stolen everyones car to go joyriding (to which the police officers responded, in front of her) we cant do anything, she has to do something MAJOR for her to get locked up. She doesnt go to school, she smokes pot (and who knows what else) shes even being investigated for a drive by shooting. There has to be someone out there who knows TEXAS law, and can let me know what my mom can do about locking her up, and not having her kill some one or be killed herself. All the cops tell my mom to let her do whatever she wants and when shes 17 she'll get locked up. Im tired of my mom going thru this, and something has to be done before my mom dies of a heart attack!

or even better that if you know a crime has been committed or will be committed and you did nothing about it, do you believe that is just as bad as committing the crime?
