Is abortion that important to you? Is child murder really that high on your list of priorites? Or are you gay? Does getting married mean that much to you? You would rather see our country destroyed than see Bush succeed. It is truely sad.

Maricopa County Sherrif Jo Arpaio is a tough sherrif and uses jail as a punsihment rather than a rehab center, though prisoners do get rehab near their release date. So the question is, how effective is his technique vs councilling, education, and what some consider coddling. It would also be intersting to see what the costs are of his way compared to traditional and rehab techniques

What makes Sean Penn, Sheryl Crow, Sting, or fat Rosie O'Donnel think that their ignorant comments on world politics should mean anything to anyone?
I'm getting so sick of this. Why do we, as American sheeple, not just laugh these idiots to scorn?

if you beat someone up really badly, almost to death. They go to hospital and with good care they begin to recuperate. But then there is say a huge disaster nearby and all the medical personnel are focused on the disaster patients and neglect the first patient, who ends up dying due to lack of medical care. Likely they would not have died with the medical care they'd have received if disaster hadn't happened.

For five years in a row, President Bush declined invitations to address the annual NAACP convention. Every president for the past several decades had spoken to the Baltimore-based group. Until now, Bush, who received 11 percent of the black vote in 2004, had been the exception. And why did he just all of a sudden decide to do so this year?

At one time, the Republicans were the more moderate of the two parties. Over time, it was taken and now controlled by conservatives, with their own agendas.

Do you think if the Republicans appealed to moderates, the party would grow?

PS....Rudy Gulliani, is the Republicans only hope to win in 2008! He is PRO-CHOICE, he will never get the Republican nomination for President. I don't know why some Republicans fool themselves by thinking that he'll be the Republican nominee.

I WAS SERVED A PETITION FOR A RESRAING ORDER, TOOK 4 MONTHS TO SERVE ME BECAUSE I WASN'T EVEN IN TOWN. THIS WAS AN ACT OF REVENGE FROM AN EX. BOYFRIEND I HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT I WAS N'T STALKING THIS PERSON, AS IWASN'T EVEN IN TOWN. HAD PLANE RECEIPTS, RENTAL CAR CONTRACT FROM ANOTHER STATE, CERTIFIED STATEMENTS, PHONE LOGS, ETC. THIS PERSON HAD ON HIS PETITION HE WAS FOLLOWED BY ME THROUGH TOWN, COULDN'T GIVE A DESCRIPTION OF CAR, GAVE SPECIFIC DATES WHEN HIS VECHILE WAS DAMAGED, WHEN I WAS 1200 MILES AWAY, ETC. I HAD NO FEAR OF GOING TO COURT BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG AND HAD THE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THIS. ON THE DAY OF COURT I HAD ALL EVIDENCE WITH ME, HE HAD AN ATTORNEY. WHEN I ENTERED THE COURT ROOM, AND IT WAS MY TURN TO REBUTE, I WAS TOLD THAT MY EVIDENCE HAD TO TURNED IN TO THE BALIFF BEFORE I ENTERED THE COURT ROOM, I WAS NOT INFORMED. MY WITNESS TESTIFIED I WAS OUT OF STATE . THE JUDGE RULED THE I COULD HAVE MADE HARRASING CALLS FROM OHIO.

So many people advocate a retreat, but do they consider the larger, longer term impact this action would have?

Does anybody think the world will magically become safer if we withdraw?

Does history support pushing toward victory or retreat as achieving a greater peace?
