Well, I would think that since we address the President's wife as the First Lady, I believe he would be the First Gentleman.

Why not wait and ask him what he wants to be called? "First gentleman" sounds stiff, and "presidential consort" is also pretty hifalutin. Maybe just "Mr. Doe," as in "The president of the United States Jane Doe and Mr. Doe." Or maybe even "President Jane Smith and Mr. Doe" if she has kept her birth name.
