If the Democrats could get a little tougher, maybe we could get an impeachment over the lies that took us into the war in Iraq. There is no one anywhere who now supports the idea that either Saddam had anything to do with Bin Laden or that there were WMDs. (Not even the Republicans that got us into this mess.) Certainly if Clinton can get impeached for lying about having an affair Bush should be impeached for lying to the American public and getting thousands of our brave young men and women killed and spending many millions on being in Iraq.

With good luck, the opposition party will win control of Congress -- or at least one house of Congress -- in November. That will add some needed checks and balances to the government.
Even the Republicans keep their majorities, enough of them have come out against Bush's proposals that he'll have trouble making things much worse than they are now.
And we don't want anything to happen to Bush in the next two years, because then Cheney would move up. And that would be so much worse the consequences are unthinkable.

Well,if enough people vote for people who do not stand behind the Bush administration, he will lose power. I am hoping to hear more from the likes of Colin Powell before election day this year.

Prey a lot and hope for the best. We are a tough bunch ... just prey for us and world peace. These are trying times, but from the very start, I felt that Iraq was a reelection thing. I really felt we had a champion when we visited Afghanistan to find the terrorist. Iraq has turned out to be a disaster with no end in sight. The whole world needs to get organized to fight terrorism with neighborhood watches to find and report them to the police.

We're going to replace the corrupt rubber stamp Republicans in Congress with a legislature that enforces the Constitution and holds the Executive Branch accountable.

Its difficult to deal with only two more years of president
Bush because, unfortunately, congress passed the law allowing only two 4 year terms for the president ! I would hope that congress will rectify that mistake soon !

Bush may be impeached in the last two years. The time will be worth the wait.

It is unbelievable to me that we should have to deal with 2 more years of him. He should have never been president. The popular vote did not choose him in his first election, and apparently people in the second election were blind. I cried when I found out he had won.
I don't know how were going to deal with it. I'm staying active with Moveon.org it's all I know to do.

I'm looking forward to the realization of the fabled 20 year curse. Waiting....waiting....waiting....
But if the 20 year curse did happen, then that would leave us with Cheney...ugh....a tiny bit better maybe?
