Yup. There is a legal term of art called "proximate cause" which is simply the biggest reason something happened. In the scenario you gave, the biggest reason this person died is because you beat that person up very badly. So not only are you guilty of murder, you are also liable if the family decides to file a wrongful death suit against you.

just because there's a disaster doesnt mean a hospital has the right to neglect current patients.

According to the law, the hospital would be held accountable for negligence. I would get off on a clean slate for muder; aggrevated assult, I would more than likely be charged.

I do in simple terms no longer think of he killed every physique. he's nuts yet loves women. I extremely have a pal Susan Mays with him. She dyed her hair blonde and went allittle off. They channel John Lennon and issues like that. he's bizarre yet no longer a murderer in my e book. i wish for justice right here. thank you.

Assuming you were not beating this person up in self-defense, the law would assume that you were the cause of the death.

No, you wouldn't be guilty of murder, because you wouldn't have known that your actions would have that effect. However, beating someone up like that is still a pretty bad thing to do, unless it's in self-defense (in which case it's not murder no matter what you do to them).

Yes. You set the wheels in motion that led to a death. Same as if you run over someone and kill them while fleeing from a robbery. If someone dies as a result of your criminal activity, however indirectly, you are responsible for it.
