I pay rent using a pre programmed wire transfer. This has been going on for a year, but I didn't notice that my automatic transfer stopped. Without either myself or my landlord noticing, my bank didn't send rent for 2 months. My landlord finally noticed, and notified me. I immediately sent the sum. Now my landlord is charing my thousands of dollars of interest for late payment. (My landlord is a lawyer and known for aggressive actions.) Is this allowed? I'd really appreciate some help with this.

Hybrids have a lot of benefits. Less fuel, less pollution, less maintence.

Plus, it's less money that we have to send to the oil rich Arab states.

I was married and living with my husband up until this past January. He pretty much forced me out of the home, leaving all my possessions there. I had to go out of state to stay with family until I could get back on my feet since I left with nothing. I spoke with him shortly after I left and he said he'd ship my stuff to me which he never did. Leaving the way I did, with nothing, and having to start over, I cannot afford an atty and they will not represent me for free in Texas where I am now.

My question is, since he forced me from the home so suddenly, can he just claim that I abandoned my possessions and had every right to do whatever he wanted with them? Do I have any claim to what was left there or at least the value of it? I understand once I go thru divorce I'll get 50% of the assets of the house but at this point, I can't afford to file for quite awhile and by the time I do, I'm afraid he'll have gotten rid of everything to hide what the home and contents are really worth.

In a marriage, usually one person works full time and someone stays home with the children or both work and struggle to find childcare (and to pay for it). In these cases, the children either are closer to one parent or long for both of their attention as they are at work all day long.

Wouldn't it work out fantastic if the parents could both work part time, that way the kids would see both of their parents during the week, there would be more family time together, and both parents could work, but not too much, and still see their children?

The only problem is that you have to be full time to get benefits like insurance and stuff...I think they offer healthcare to part time workers.

"The UN nuclear watchdog has protested to the US government over a report on Iran's nuclear programme, calling it "erroneous" and "misleading".

In a leaked letter, the IAEA said a congressional report contained serious distortions of the agency's own findings on Iran's nuclear activity.

The IAEA also took "strong exception" to claims made over the removal of a senior safeguards inspector.

There was no immediate comment from Washington over the letter."

During the administration of William Jefferson Clinton, the U.S. enjoyed more peace and economic well being than at any time in its history. He was the first Democratic president since Franklin D. Roosevelt to wina second term. He could point to the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, the highest home ownership in the country's history, dropping crime rates in many places, and reduced welfare roles. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and achieved a budget surplus. As part of a plan to celebrate the millennium in 2000, Clinton called for a great national initiative to end racial discrimination. A record like that! Now compare it to Dubya’s record of utter incompetence…LOL!! Dubya didn’t get up there by him self…Don’t you just want to give him a hand to get down from there?

Think of it when a country like Iraq becomes a chaotic arena then it becomes automatically a safe haven for terrorists and there would be no strong nation to stop them , the case is live in Iraq :terrorism is florishing , we cant buy pretexts as fighting terrorism when we saw terrorism florishing world wide while oil companies main interest have been securing their positions in Iraq , It is clear that corporations cannot operate in a strong nation that is why they are destroying every strong nation including the US to be able to put their rules and name everyone who oppose them as terrorist
