Think of it when a country like Iraq becomes a chaotic arena then it becomes automatically a safe haven for terrorists and there would be no strong nation to stop them , the case is live in Iraq :terrorism is florishing , we cant buy pretexts as fighting terrorism when we saw terrorism florishing world wide while oil companies main interest have been securing their positions in Iraq , It is clear that corporations cannot operate in a strong nation that is why they are destroying every strong nation including the US to be able to put their rules and name everyone who oppose them as terrorist

Good point : Corporations spread tyranny , poverty and economic sefdom (slavery). state and corporate manipulations make them not different from each other : they both work on the enslavement of the proletariat by corporate military alliances, industrial and colonialist expansion seems inseparable.
You hit the point whenever the octopus of the corporate imperialism is attacked the same word is used : 'terrorist'

Your answer then is to outlaw corporations? Do not ever forget Microsoft and Berkshire-Hathaway have set up a $40 Billion fund to help the poor across the world.
The issue is not oil companies, the issue is the American glutinous use of oil. You complain about the high price of gas, yet block the building of new refineries for environmental concerns ignoring the fact the new units would provide cleaner, safer production. You protest the corporations who have kept the price of gas at the lowest levels in the western world.
Look at the whole picture before you make your judgments

I would love to see the sources of these speculations. It is true that corporations like Haliburton and the Carlyle Groupe have a vested interest in distabilizing countries so they can rebuild them. But that doesn't mean we can demonize corporations in general. Corporations are the representation of our need as a society to have better organized commerce in order to meet the demands of our ways of lives. How do you think structures like freeways, office buildings, sewer systems, or trains get built? Without corporations that would be largely impossible, feats you would hear about and one day hope to see, instead of having readily available in every modern country.

Why were there wars before corporations, then?
Like in roman times or ghengis kahn etc etc.
Wars have been around long before corporations so
your idea doesn't make sense.

I think I understand the gist of what you are saying, but I don't think your argument is precise or detailed enough, so it ends up making no sense.

Is Microsoft going to cause a war in the U.S?
Is BMW going to cause a war in Germany?
