I am a 23 year teamster who recently lost his job because the company went out of busness. I went to northram and grumman and they said if I had a top secret clearance they could use me to either drive the tractor and trailers or the buses for them. They would not put me through the process.I was wondering how this process is done and if there is a way to get this type of clearance on your own for employment purposes. If so then what are the qualifications you would need to obtain a top secret security clearance. Thank you Sincerely Mike.

What happens if one sibling contests the power of attorney ,on basis because they want to be power of attorney? If one sibling is contesting that power of attorney is incapable of handeling the will, even though this sibling is lying, then what? How about if this sibling who is contesting this, and refusing to sign the probate papers, is Mentally ill, and making up stories about power of attorney, just to take control, then what? There are three siblings here, and only one is refusing to sign the papers, as well as trying to declare power of attorney incompetent. How long will probate be then, if this occurs, since bills and everything else must be paid? The will is clear, and states exactly what it wants, however there is no end clause in it. Please don't reply if you don't know, or a non-professional in this field. All scams and odd replies will be reported. Thanks

The Democrats are certain of a 2008 presidential victory. They also know that the Bush economy has been as successful as it is because it is a wartime economy. As history shows, following a wartime economy, even for short conflicts such as Gulf War 1, the economy tanks.

Do the Democrats want us out of Iraq now so the economy hits bottom now with Bush still in office, so the 2008 president (who the Dems are certain will be one of theirs) doesn't get saddled with it?

Is the real issue the economy (and who gets stuck with it) and not the war itself?

I am speaking of people who can't do anything but give smart *** answers. If people weren't looking for real answers they would have not bothered to ask the questions!! Grow up, ask questions of your own, LEARN SOMETHING before you speak, then maybe you will look intelligent to the rest of the world. Right now, you just look stupid.

Support unions, they seek our fair treatment and pay. Without unions we'd be mistreated slaves no better than in China.

No?

Unionize NOW!

Every time I pay for a prescription I am angered by the fact that so many get their prescriptions free and so few of us pay. It does not take an advanced degree in economics to realise that the system is flawed and unworkable. Those of us in the 40% tax bracket and many of those in the lower bands could actually buy better health care insurance for less than our enforced contributions. My major bone of contention here is the system has become untenable in light of a wave of rising entitlements. This is compounded by the fact that people that have never contributed are demanding treatment as a matter of divine right. There will be some vocal liberals who will lambast me for that last comment, but I clearly state that I do not want to pay for the medical benefits of someone who has not contributed; let me and those who think like me opt out and then we will see how far and how much the socialists are willing to support the underclass

I want to get a divorce (Indiana - married 2 years - no kids). Any basic tips or advice I should know to get started. Should I consult with a lawyer just to find out what my rights are even though I'm hoping we can use a mediator. All I want is what's mine (which includes the house) and our 3 pets (which he will fight me on). He is verbally/emotionally abusive and drinks excessively sometimes. What is your advice?

Jessic lall the bar maid was shot dead in presence of several people but police could not or would not prove the case as the murderer was son of a very influential politician. The accused wasaquitted as there was no evidence against him. The case has been reopened on public out cry but from the way it is proceeding it is more or less clear that Jessica lall would not get justice.
So in India if youare politically powerful you can getaway with murder also . How do you feel about it?
