I am very glad that it is now law to have kids and babies safely restrained in cars... However a sinister thought has occured to me... how many of the MPs that voted for it have shares in car seat companies?

Can anyone give me the link to the website that deals with regulations on staff being sacked.
I need to know what the protocol for staff dismissal is and when it is not OK to fire the staff and so on.

I am trying to understand such business proceedures.

Why are you so worried about how we treat prisoners that have killed are families, friends, soldiers, and would kill you without blinking? Why are you so consumed in making sure we are politically correct in treating our prisoners? I understand we can't stoop to their level but shouldn't this be number 1,123 on list of things we should worry about? Its seems so idiotic, yet all I see the pathetic liberal media do is blow this unimportant issue out of proportion. Am I for torture, of course not? But please spare me this irrelevant topic when looking at the grand scheme of things. If you guys expect to be taken seriously in the next election I wouldn't try to go this route. I can tell you most Americans who think rationally think this topic is a joke. I just cant fathom the stupidity while people are dying for you to keep this freedom you seem (or come off) as taking for granted.

I am a naturalist. I don't believe in abortion unless it threatens the life of the mother or if the baby is defective. I don't think people should be allowed artificial insemination unless it's absolutely necessary. In believing that I feel that homosexual's are natures way of keeping the population down for they can't reproduce naturally. I think that (all) religion should be reinterpreted for today's time in a rational way and combined into a new contemporary rationalist ideology as a guidance for all people to live by and for people to decide (not forced upon). I believe in a world without borders with one centralized goverment with limited power with most jurisdiciton handed down to regional authority. I believe in aboloshing the prossecution of victimless crimes. I believe in aboloshing all weapons of mass distruction especially chemical, biological, and nuclear. I feel the world should have efficient and environmentally friendly energy production. That's my $0.02. God Bless.

many people askl me, why is it that illegals come to this country USA illegaly? the answere is bcuz they cant come to the US legally. its almost impossible for a mexican to fly to USA from mexico. if a mexican has a passport, he can fly almost all over the world exept the united states; so they have to take risks, they know that crossing the border is ******* dangerous, but they still do it. why, becuz its human nature to look for a better place to live no matter the risks; just like the british did and came toI look for a better place. maybe in the future americans could need help what if there is a desaster and america needs the help of mexico by evacuating to the south. its just common sence, the nature of a human being is to reach for their dreams and the only way for that, is to look for a place where they can make a life.. if its so hard picking up fruit in the fields and they still do it, just imagine how hard can it be in mexico where they dont want to be. just think about
