I am looking up someone's criminal record but they only show codes. How do you find out what the charges are and what the codes stand for?

Try the site below. Click your State, look for where the Criminal Laws are (e.g. Delaware, they are under Delaware Code), then find the appropriate sections.

Enter the code and your state into a search engine.

It should "hit" your particular criminal statutes, explaining what the code is.
