Just because someone has the right to say something, doesn't mean it is the right thing to say.

Free speech DOES mean someone has a right to mock anyone, and it also allows those mocked to protest & demonstrate. But I don't have a right to burn buildings down because I don't like something someone drew!

The KKK has a right to put out its filth. And we have a right to protest outside where the filth was printed, but if someone is caught burning down the printing press where the filth was printed, he would go to jail for arson!

People who disagree with my beliefs would only regulate it by preventing it; as they do not agree with such a system.

Free speech is a good thing; so long as it does not include people using it to be offensive, abusive, racist etc, or that they do not use it to create a dangerous condition.
For example, you cannot say freely "I think your a worth nothing more than my cats sh**"

The piont of free speach would have to involve being able to get such speack listened to and acted upon if such views are reasonable and are beneficial to law.
Why shouldn't be talking and wasting our breaths.

The laws we have on the books seem to work pretty well for me.What most people forget is that with the freedom of speech comes the responcability of knowing when to keep your mouth shut !

Everyone has an opinion, and everyone has the right to disagree with everyone else opinion. If you do not like what someone is saying, don't listen.
