Nobody I have ever spoken to actually voted for George Dubya Bush. Is there some sort of vote rigging dictatorship actually in charge, or are you all too ashamed to admit that you voted for him, or are you all just liars.

If you did mean to say 'free' you've just committed the most classic Freudian slip I think I've ever hear of. Thanks for making me laugh out loud! Because it's precisely their interpretation of 'land of the free' that means if you can be an entrepreneur and make money you really are free to do what you want. If you can't make money then you won't get anything without paying a high price for it. I think it should be renamed 'land of the fee' from hereon - well done for renaming it!

A free country? Well, in many, though not all, respects. But it's as free or more free than all the other countries in the world.
Mr. Winston Churchill had something to say about it:

"Democracy is the worst form of government except for all those others that have been tried.
- Winston Churchill

Churchill doesn't really defend the virtues of democracy as a system of government, but rather takes a pragmatic approach - it's not exactly great as a form of government, but it's the best of a bad bunch. If something better comes along, perhaps we will move to that. But are there better systems of government? Is something being developed that will remove the flaws of democracy?

Oh we're a fee country alright... we (or most) pay their fair share of taxes. I guess your ashamed to tell us where your from but I'm not.... I'm an "AMERICAN" and damned proud of it. Vote rigging? I wouldn't believe that unless I personally saw it. Most of these people who are crying foul about the election are sore loosers or didn't vote in the first place and do nothing but complain. In any of our elections there are those that do not complete their voting ballot correctly by following instructions furnished to them and they are not accepted in the count. This can be found in any election any where in the world. They are free to ask questions when they vote also and if they don't, that's their problem.
By the way, his name is President George W. Bush. He is the President of these United States and should be given respect for the title he holds. And... did I vote for him? That is totally none of your businesss in the first place.

I'm sure george bush was voted in, it just may not be fashionable to say that you voted for him (you sheep). Whether your nation is free or not i don't know, as long as you toe the line and pay your taxes you may be left alone but dare to upset the few in charge and i'm sure your rights will be crushed.

Look at your question before you call me stupid."fee" I voted for George Bush and I am only sorry that he cannot run again. I suppose you are a Clinton Liberal and approve of that administration. Bush to my knowledge has never been impeached, and adheres to high moral standards.

You obviously only speak to other liberals. The only voting dictatorship is indicated by Al Gore trying to steal the election and also Democrats taking ballot boxes several miles offshore into the Pacific, and then sinking them.

Actually, when Bush ran for president against Gore, it was truly believed that Gore won! I have a copy of the newspaper that announced Gore was the president, then that changed when they recounted votes in two states, one of those states was Florida. Hmmm...his brother is the Governor of Florida, kind of suspicious, isn't it?

Considering the hatefulness of your question and additional details, I can understand why you hide your face behind a tinted helmet. Look who's ashamed of himself.
