Fascinating question. The ACLU would no doubt claim his religious beliefs were compromised. But of course the same would not hold true for someone of the Christian persuasion.

What does the ACLU have to do with him getting caught? Why do cons ALWAYS find a way to bring the ACLU in to it?

I don't think the ACLU would do anything. There's legit proof that he was responsible for the attacks on the U.S.

What else? His 'rights' to worship as he sees fit are being violated. Even if those beliefs mean slaughtering thousands of innocent civilians.
