All members of both parties should be picked up and transported to a remote area with limited oxygen to see if they can blow enough hot air out of the side of their necks to survive. That's truthful comedy.
To say your question was pitiful and idiotic would essentially be complimenting it and giving it too much credit, it would sound better, or at least make a little more 'sense' in the jokes and riddles section...
