I am continually having people approach me and speak spanish, or asking me if I am here legally, I am not spanish, hispanic or any other south american race. I am a Native American. Should I go back to wearing my hair in braids and donning my buckskins so that people can tell the difference? What would you do if you were in my place and many people mistook you for a hispanic? I am proud of who and what I am. I dont like being percieved as a possible illegal immigrant. Can you relate?

All they need now is Jesse Jackson and Al sharpton. That first guy, I forget his name, was like a Latino Hitler. Interesting, but a little scary

There is nothing new in a government lying to their people to start a war. Indeed because most people prefer living in peace to bloody and horrific death in war, any government that desires to initiate a war usually lies to their people to create the illusion that support for the war is the only possible choice they can make.

President McKinley told the American people that the USS Maine had been sunk in Havana Harbor by a Spanish mine. The American people, outraged by this apparent unprovoked attack, supported the Spanish American War. The Captain of the USS Maine had insisted the ship was sunk by a coal bin explosion, investigations after the war proved that such had indeed been the case. There had been no mine.

Hitler used this principle of lying to his own people to initiate an invasion. He told the people of Germany that Poland had attacked first and staged fake attacks against German targets. The Germans, convinced they were being threatened, followed Hitler Poland&WW2.

I got an im from sender 76116 wanting to hook up with me, even though i am married and had a webcam, i thought like a jerk he was showing me what he looks like, NOT his penis! Luckily, my young grandkids were not here but my husband was and was upset that he (sender) was such a jerk to do that to someone he doesn't know. I want to see how I can report him, I have kids in and out of my house and we do not want or need to see this perverted actions online, especially when we are not forwarned that is sexually explicit material like the guy waving his penis in his webcam instead of his face. He was a white guy, and that is all i know. i want him kicked off and his name reported to the authorities because neither you or i know how many young girls he has done this to or even boys., young kids period! this is part of the reason I did not get a computer til I was 40 yrs. old cause of jerks like this..

My father has a case and on the day of the hearing is attorney did not turn up(civil case). The attorney notified the court of a scheduling conflict and the clerk confirmed receipt of the notification. However, on the day of the hearing, the court stated that they had not been informed and were not happy about the attorney not being there. The judge proceeded without my fathers attorney despite his 20-25 time request not to proceed without his attorney. The judge made a ruling on the matter. The attorney does have proof that the clerk of court confirmed receipt of the notification that he would not attend. The lawyer that was pretty bad, had since quit.

Can the judge rule despite the fact that my father asked the court not to?

The bipartisan 9-11 Commission appointed by Bush himself found no evidence for a link between Iraq and Al-qaeda.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A46254-2004Jun16.html

Now the Senate finds that Saddam saw Al-qaeda as a threat and was opposed to working with them even in his own country.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060908/ap_on_go_co/iraq_report
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14728447/

Yet 43% of Americans in a recent CNN poll still believe Saddam Hussein was "personally involved" in the September 11th attacks.

This isn't something you can argue with, it isn't an opinion. It is a fact. There is no conclusive evidence linking Saddam Hussein to working with Al-qaeda. This is the conclusion of every government investigation. But people still don't accept it. Even after 3 years of no stockpiles of bio-chemical weapons being found, people still think we found them.

Are Americans mindwashed or just flat out uninformed?

If you saw a really really bad question that sounded like that person would harm someone of that race or religious belief, would you want them reported to the government such as the Homeland Security Council. even if they asked it in here.

ITS NOT FREEDOM OF SPEECH, ITS A CRIME TO THREATEN A LIFE. ANY LIFE.

If you use this question to threaten as a joke, that’s just as bad as the real person that would really do that to someone.
When people joke about killing how will we find people like terrorist or any other committing the real crime?

where in the law would this internet threat type action be under?

Very troubling is the fact that the Government of Canada has been cementing US control over Canada and Canadians under the pretext of the "war on terror". Most recently, it would seem that the U.S. got Canada to agree to U.S. demands that Canadians branded "potential terrorists" are to be barred from the right to fly, a right guaranteed under s.6 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of the Canadian Constitution. If the U.S. precedent is anything to draw from, what the U.S. government got from its henchmen in Ottawa, is a ban against travelling levelled at any Canadian who expresses concerns and reservations over the U.S. government's agenda. Several Green Party USA editions of its e-mail bulletin report that such has been the fate of senior Green party USA officials, who were listed as potential terrorists and/or terrorist sympathizers, and therefore barred from flying both internally, and out of the country. Thus, democratic dissent, a right that has long been recognized,
