bush in one of his latest speechs has said that we are in a world war in iraq. on glenn beck he said that the irans are folowing the karan it says sign any document, make any promise, even if its a lie as long as it is in the effort of they're god .. and it the karan it says they're god will come when the streets of the world is covered in blood and the god will rise up and save the world.. and well the iran president is trying to push this in to effect faster

Islamists are attacking all over the world to establish global Islamic rule. That qualifies as a World War.
Iran's President is about the most dangerous fellow on the planet right now. He commands over a million suicide bombers and is developing nuclear technology. The world is heading for a conflict of Biblical proportions.

No world wars consist of most of the world and are fought by specific government's millitary not militas..... but countries like the U.S and Israel aren't prepared for any conflict with something called an opposing millitary....

We are in the middle of world war. it is differ from the other 2 - as now the enemies are terrorists. so you can't identify them easily.
and therefor you don't say it is a declaration of war.
against who?
not country involved. the muslem countries are involved - but under a cover.
so' there is not a declaration pf a war.
but the terrorists hits in many countries - and therfor it is a world war.
