Ive recently heard a way of looking at abortion that is disturbing to me, they likened the pro choicers to pro slavery, and i got to say i see their point, Slaverers dehumanized blacks - Pro choicers say that it isnt really a baby or human or alive, Slaverers said they had a right to their own "property" - Pro choicers say they have a right to their own body and neglect to mention it is two people now instead of one. Any detractors? or anyone agree or disagree?

I am in the military, 20 years of age, and drink. It is illegal. However, at 17 with parental consent I made the decision to defend my nation and give my life if necessary. Should the legal age of consumption be lowered to 18 or should the legal age of enlistment be raised to 21? Consider that approximately 60% of our fighting force are under 21 and of those only about 45% will continue past their first tour of duty. I personally feel that the age should be lowered for military personell. I know there are still some problems to work out, but feel this is a question with merit.

regressive philosophy or very redundant political strategy. What do you gain from it? IF YOU ARE A TERRORIST, PLEASE ANSWER- don't worry, no one (at least not me) is going to track you down. But YOUR perspective would be dynamite (no pun intended).
I mean, explain it to me someone. You go out and decimate a
bunch of people, a bunch of totally innocent people, that have nothing to do with you or your cause. So, you incite "terror", "terror"
is created....What does that do but indeed strike terror, temporarily, in the hearts of the survivors and kin- and then, when
the momentary act is over and time passes and the act kind of
fades into the past, THEN where are you? What was accomplished? Oh, you put your signature on it and claimed
responsibility for it? How noble of you, but who cares, except the
people that are hunting you down...You do not advance your cause
or gain any respect for your cause. In fact, what you accomplish is
just another turn in the viscious cycle

Do you believe that everything the usa does in international politics is unjust. We are considered brutish, interlopers, intruders, agressors, and imperalist. Sounds bad. If the U.S.A. were to pull out of every country on the planet and isolate ourselves politically, do you believe that attacks against our country would eventually stop? Be honest. Second part of question is this: Could you live with the knowledge that rulers such as Saddam Hussien and groups such as Al Qaeda are brutally oppressing the basic human rights of the people they govern through fear, cruelty, and murder while we the U.S. sits and does nothing to stop it.

Not every tyrant wants the world for themselves, but the one who does should be stopped?

--Evil wins when good people do nothing.

How do you balance the good we do with the harm that we do. If we make demands on another country then offer unlimited aid everytime there is a disaster. At what point do we stop being humanitarians and become interlopers.

Poll how many people want (or even care about) to have the words
"under God" removed from the pledge.....

Ask how many think separation of church and state is a real issue for the US.......

Find me 50 people who actually believe descendants of slaves really deserve some kind of payment...........

......and yet all of these issues persist.

Why doesn't the vast majority just tell these few to be quiet and go away? Isn't our country based on majority rule? Why are we always caving-in to these loud-mouth few?

Partisan politics as we know it today have made a mockery of our country. If people would start being honest about everything and then doing the right thing we would be better off. What do you think?

Keep an open mind when answering this intelligent question

What are you most inclined to debate about with your friends? What is important to you? What issues would you like to see addressed? What issues does your politician need to agree w/ you on most? Is there a single main issue you usually vote on, such as economic policy, abortion, or international policy?

Details would be nice, but a short list works too.

Please, don't respond by saying that you don't care about politics, or something.

I personally would prefer a 7.62 in an AR frame similar to the sniper rifles used by Delta. I know that is highly improbable because of the reduced amount of rounds per mag, but the extra power would be really nice. What is your opinion, and which round that is being researched for the future do you think will be implimented?

Dad says, "Well son, let me try to explain it this way: I'm the breadwinner of the family, so let's call me Capitalism. Your Mom, she's the administrator of the money, so we'll call her the Government. We're here to take care of your needs, so we'll call you the People. The nanny, we'll consider her the Working Class. Now your baby brother, we'll call him the Future. Now, think about that and see if that makes sense." So the little boy goes off to bed thinking about what Dad has said. Later that night, he hears his baby brother crying, so he gets up to check on him. He finds that the baby has severely soiled his diaper. So the little boy goes to his parents' room and finds his mother sound asleep. Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the nanny's room. Finding the door locked, he peeks in the keyhole and sees his Father in bed with the nanny. He gives up and goes back to bed. The next morning, the little boy says to his father, "Dad, I think I understand the concept of politics now." The father says, "Good son, tell me in your own words what you think politics is all about." The little boy replies, "Well, while Capitalism is screwing the Working Class, the Government is sound asleep, the People are being ignored and the Future is in deep ****."

Long pathetic story, basically, my fiance has was and probably still is cheating on me,and I have evidence, and many witnesses to back up my claims. unfortunately she has had a history of lying and making up stories. What I want is what is best for my son. Will a judge take into account the mothers background and history,as well as character witness when determining the legal custodian?
