Do you believe that everything the usa does in international politics is unjust. We are considered brutish, interlopers, intruders, agressors, and imperalist. Sounds bad. If the U.S.A. were to pull out of every country on the planet and isolate ourselves politically, do you believe that attacks against our country would eventually stop? Be honest. Second part of question is this: Could you live with the knowledge that rulers such as Saddam Hussien and groups such as Al Qaeda are brutally oppressing the basic human rights of the people they govern through fear, cruelty, and murder while we the U.S. sits and does nothing to stop it.

Not every tyrant wants the world for themselves, but the one who does should be stopped?

--Evil wins when good people do nothing.

How do you balance the good we do with the harm that we do. If we make demands on another country then offer unlimited aid everytime there is a disaster. At what point do we stop being humanitarians and become interlopers.

Bullies, such as North Korea's little pot-bellied pig of a dictator, cannot be appeased...they only understand someone stronger than them..one of the first thing a kid learns in "Street Smarts 101." America is free because we are not afraid to stand up to bullies and tyrants. For instance, when Hitler was stomping across Europe, if the USA had not entered the war, what shape would the world have been in today? Terrorists, such as those who bombed the trains in India, are cowardly bullies...and, they will be stopped.

If we leave Iraq tomorrow, attacks against us there would naturally stop. The terrorists would then either become embroiled in the Iraqi Civil War or would disengage and set forth to attack our interests in the region in areas such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Yemen, Dubai, etc., etc. And in fact they are already doing some of that. So we would return to the pre 9/11 terrorism scenarios.

Another of your major points is with regards to how we feel about dictators. Well pick your poison...a dicatator that keeps his country basically intact with infrastructure, an economy, and basic security might be better than complete chaos where you have no job, no security, no gas, no food, no medicine, no electricity...etc, etc. Which would you pick?? People who lack basic necessities really place human rights issues pretty low until they have the other things nailed down and then they can decide how, if and why they might want to risk their butts for a new style of government.

And come on the world is full of dictators from the boneheads in North Korea and so on and so on and so on.

I am agreement that all of this evil pukes need to be swept from the planet, but that's easy to say from the security of my home. But the accomplishment of such tasks inevitably involves the sacrifice of some if not many.

The flotilla replaced into made from activists hoping for a conflict of words. Activists objective to strike an emotional chord with people sympathetic to their reason. They were given what they needed. the most suitable element they prefer is for people to look less than the emotional floor of the issue although. enable's see in case you'll. The Israelis have a blockade of Gaza going. in the experience that they don't do this, Hamas brings in rockets and fires them at Israel. The flotilla replaced into requested to go back right into a port, get looked for guns and then will were on their way. they chosen to run the blockade and one deliver replaced into boarded. The crew attacked the Israelis and nicely..... The infrared video shows the crew attacking the Israeli Commandos. The Palestinians suggested that the Israelis fired first. if so, those that are being attacked frequently run remote from the guy with guns, perchance even bounce into the water. That replaced into not the case. The Israelis were armed quite with paint ball type guns (perchance with stink balls) to ward off casualties. The crew got here at them with golf equipment, knifes, crowbars and such. They even grabbed different Israelis part hands. The Israelis interdicted the flotilla out in global waters. in the experience that they waited till they were in territorial waters, hoards of small Palestinian craft popping out in help ought to have made the enforcement of the blockade very complicated.

do Republicans think that Saddam is the only brutal dictator on the planet?

why were they so silent when 3 times the people died in a third the time period in the Sudan than have in Iraq under Saddam? (did I mention that Sudan has many more links to Osama?)

And don't get me started on the violations of the Chinese... yet they are our best buddies and favorite trading partner...

and the Saudis... where most of the 9-11 funding and hijackers came from are our best friends too?

What happens when good people only fight a little and then befriend many evil countries?

u know what is funny about that one? the us rules and supports terrorism as well i do not know what dream world you are living in go and look at israel, the geneva conventions set in sweeden that the us ignores, look at guantamino bay the torture, iraq, did you know the american government even has strong political ties to bolivia which the government will kill their people for collecting rain water? go and look these things up. american people need to get their own country straight first of all. get their crackheads, prostitutes off the streets, clean up the crime rate, annialate gangs, stop the serial killings, rapists, we have the highest prison population then china and they are over a billion people. sleeping at night knowing terrorists governmnets do horrific things to their own people is for those people to worry about. the americans contribute to this and in some cases have proven to be worse. now further more if the americans would stay out of every one elses business and stopped making deals with corrupt governments and supporting evil people then yes the so called terrorists would stop you do not see n e one bombing sweeden do you? no because they do know the definition of minding thier own business and being peaceful with the world.

ok look, we are fighting the best we can with the information we have, we are not sitting on our butts doing nothing, the american gov't. is trying to track Bin Laden, and other high ranking Al Qaeda members, but unfortunatly there will always be people out there doing it, and other gov't are helping in finding these terrorists

and if we pull out now, and suddenly, then Al Queda would keep attacking, because they think after 'X' amount of the men and women killed over seas, we will give up and go home,

Most of our problem stems from the end of WWII when we helped found the UN and than NATO. Most of the countries thought that we would protect them and reduced their militaries over the years. Since the Korean war, we have been called not only to finance the UN with 25% of it's money, but we are to be the leaders when it comes to enforcing rules that the UN wanted to enforce. If the US decided to listen to the bleeding hearts, than the attacks against the US both ashore and abroad would increase several fold.

9/11 and all previous attacks were unprovoked to begin with, so there is no reason that pulling back would result in less attacks on us. We fight them there, or they attack us here. Take your pick.
